How to apply
The application procedure to obtain E-Zone approval is very straight forward. We have outlined for you the general process in which eligible applicants obtain E-Zone approval. Qualified applicants will receive an application pack upon request which contains the required applications and forms required to establish the required legal entity (limited liability company) in Curaçao. Company formation, Trust services will be provided by an authorized Corporate services provider which operates under the direct supervision of the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles. All required forms and supporting documents once completed are to be returned for processing and approval via courier or in person. While the company formation and required business license granting process is completing you are required to make arrangements to locate your computer hardware to our Government E-Zone Co-Location facility. Our legislation requires specific technical components of your product or service must operate from our E-Zone in Curaçao. You may purchase all computer hardware directly from Conet as we are reseller of all major brands or you may ship to the E-Zone your own hardware duty and tax free.
